I was just informed by my councilor that my Dr's records show my thyroid to be low, but not low enough to be a major concern. She does though think it might be why my have been really moody lately. So I am wondering, if there is anything I can do holisticly to help improve my thyroid processing.

Thank you

Hi Gypsy! Yes there certainly is. Your age is a factor, but for any age, breathwork releases emotional blocks from the thoat center. Many forms of breathwork are around: holotopic, rebirting, motherwave, are just pranayama in kundalini yoga practice. Also using forms of seaweed and seasalt in your cooking with boost your iodine levels holistically. I am older so I take a glandular suppliment every other day. I also use iodine on my skin where I get eruptions and go into the sun. Good luck. Elo
