Re: golfers elbow
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 9:58 AMI've heard of tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), but not golfer's elbow. How does it differ? Just at the outset, i'll bet the hardest thing is to keep form using it, and using it makes it worse (like tendonitis). I would suggest looking at your body mechanics to reduce the strain while you work, and then energy work such as Reiki. Reiki is really good at dealing with pain, and clearing up problems in an accelerated pace.
Good luck.

Tue, May 13, 2008 - 5:45 PMArnica is really quite amazing, but have you ever heard of the cabbage leaf method? Iron a cabbage leaf then just apply to hurtful area.

Re: golfers elbow
Fri, May 30, 2008 - 11:37 PMthe treatment of golfer's elbow and tennis elbow are the same, but tennis elbow is lateral epicondylitis, and golfer's elbow is medial epicondylitis. I've had both. Rest it as much as possible. ICE!!!! Ice it and apply cross-fiber friction to the tendon, then ice, ice ice!
